Aso Volcano Museum reopen from 1 November!
Aso Volcano Museum had been closed since the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquakes which hit the museum. However on-going re-building work and recovery of road, the museum re-open partially from 1 November. Visit and discover history of Aso Volcano!

The film “ Living in Aso” is on show in Japanese and English only in November.
The New film “Explore Volcanic Eruptions” is on show on 5 multi-screens from early December. (Available in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese)
【2F Exhibition Hall】
Most of Exhibitions space has redisplayed.

Museum Shop and Café are closed.
The Exhibition, The 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake is now on. (Admission Free)
